Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Event

Join us on Tuesday, August 9th in the Fight Against Breast Cancer at our annual Breast Cancer Awareness Tournament!

Breast Cancer is now the most common cancer found in women worldwide; about 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. Susan G. Komen fought breast cancer with her heart, body, and soul. Throughout her diagnosis, treatments, and endless days in the hospital, she spent her time thinking of ways to make life better for other women battling breast cancer instead of worrying about her own situation. Since then, Komen has played a critical role in every major advance in the fight against breast cancer. Transforming how the world talks about and treats this disease and helping to turn millions of breast cancer patients into survivors is the ultimate goal.

The day of the event, registration will begin at 8:00 AM, and the cost of registering is $190 per person. In addition to enjoying a round of golf on a beautiful A.W Tillinghast course, other event highlights include: Full Breakfast with an omelet station, a buffet lunch, an on-course lemonade stand and snacks, an abundance of prizes including a chance to win a car with our Hole-in-One Challenge, and a Silent Auction with incredible items for bid including sports and concert tickets, jewelry, gift certificates, artwork and rounds of golf..  If you are interested in promoting yourself, your business, or your group of golfing buddies at the tournament, Hole Sponsorships are available for $150. The deadline for purchasing a Hole Sponsorship is July 31st. In addition, we are collecting donations for our Silent Auction and are seeking volunteers for the day of the event!

Please contact Cindy Grider if you are interested or have questions: cgrider@skylinestaffing.net or call her directly at 908-507-5788.

Please help us achieve our goal and make this event a huge success!
